We recommend 12–18 months for optimal venue and supplier availability. However, we are also highly experienced in delivering exceptional celebrations within shorter timelines where required.

While not essential, we always welcome destination site visits where budgets allow. Most planning can be handled seamlessly from afar, though venue visits and tasting experiences can be a wonderful addition.

What is the investment for your destination wedding planning services?

Our Full-Service Destination Wedding Planning is commissioned at 20% of the overall wedding budget, dependent on destination, complexity, and scope. A minimum charge applies. Every proposal is fully bespoke.

Do you charge extra for Travel & Accomodation?

Yes. Travel and accommodation costs for our planning team apply to destination weddings and are always outlined transparently within your proposal no hidden surprises.
