1. Our Services

A Touch of Nevaeh provides luxury wedding planning, event design, and coordination services.

The Luxé Travel by A Touch of Nevaeh provides bespoke travel planning, concierge services, and travel coordination, including but not limited to destination weddings, honeymoons, private escapes, group travel, and corporate retreats.

All travel arrangements are facilitated through accredited and fully protected travel industry providers.

2. Enquiries & Proposals

All enquiries are subject to availability and acceptance.

Proposals, itineraries, and quotations are indicative until confirmed in writing. Prices may change due to supplier availability, currency fluctuations, or changes requested by the client.

3. Bookings & Payments

• A booking is confirmed only once the required payment has been received and written confirmation issued.
• Payments must be made in accordance with the payment schedule provided at the time of booking.
• All payments are subject to supplier terms and conditions.
• We do not store payment card details.

Failure to make payment by the due date may result in cancellation of services.

4. Travel Arrangements & Protection

Travel bookings are subject to the individual terms and conditions of the relevant suppliers, including airlines, hotels, tour operators, and destination partners.

Where applicable, bookings are protected in accordance with UK travel regulations. Financial and booking protections apply as required by law and may vary depending on the nature of the booking.

5. Changes & Cancellations

All changes or cancellations requested by the client are subject to:

• Supplier terms and conditions
• Availability
• Applicable cancellation or amendment fees

Cancellation charges may be up to 100% of the booking value depending on the supplier and proximity to travel dates.

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate personal and travel information
• Ensuring passports, visas, and documentation are valid
• Checking travel requirements, including health and entry requirements
• Reviewing booking confirmations and notifying us immediately of any errors

We are not liable for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

7. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travel bookings.

Unless expressly stated in writing, travel insurance is not included in the cost of services.

8. Liability

We act as an intermediary between clients and third-party suppliers. While we exercise reasonable care and skill in selecting partners, we are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or failures of third-party suppliers.

Our liability is limited to the value of the services paid to us, except where otherwise required by law.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays, changes, or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, or acts of terrorism.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, imagery, branding, and designs, is the property of A Touch of Nevaeh unless otherwise stated. Content may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
